MNCPP hosts Black History and Beyond event

"Black History and Beyond; Community, Strength, Resilience" was the themed event sponsored by The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission held at the Southern Regional Technology and Recreation Complex in Ft. Washington Feb. 22.
