    In addition to the submitting your transcripts, please note the following program-specific requirements:

    Health Sciences Candidates
    Credit is awarded for the following licenses and certifications. Please include a copy with your application if applicable.
    Licensed radiolographic technologist, Licensed radiation therapist, Licensed nuclear medicine technologist, Licensed registered nurse, Licensed practical/vocational nurse, Licensed massage therapist, Certified pharmacy technician


    Military Candidates
    Candidates who have served or are currently serving in a branch of the U.S. Military must submit the following documentation:
    Navy and Marine Corps, SMARTS Transcript
    Air Force, Community College of the Air Force (CCAF) Transcript
    Army, Active Duty: AARTS or DD 29; Army Veterans: AARTS or DD214
    Servicemembers with DLI Training, DLI Transcript and DLPT Score Report
    Nursing Candidates, Copy of current license or certificate to verify professional status in appropriate healthcare profession.


    Technology Candidates
    Include course descriptions with official transcripts. A Time Limit Appeal must be submitted for courses in computer and/or electronic areas that are more than 10 years old.

    • 1. Excelsior Course Option for Military
    If you need at least 6 Excelsior course credits for an associate in applied science (AAS) degree or at least 12 Excelsior course credits for an associate degree or bachelor’s degree to graduate, this option may be for you.
    A. This option has an enrollment fee of $130, regardless of degree program chosen (lower or upper level).
    B. As long as you are making progress toward your degree program (6 credits a year) the Student Services Annual Fee (SSAF) is not charged. If you are not making progress, however, a $70 fee will be charged. A payment plan is not offered for the Military SSAF.
    C. The graduation fee is $130.
    D. The $15 per credit discount given for Excelsior courses taken will not be applied against the graduation fee, as the graduation fee has already been discounted.
    E. If you are eligible to graduate and have not met the Excelsior undergraduate course credit requirement, you can transfer to the Multi-Source Option for Military. Contact the bursar\'s office for details at 1-888-647-2388, enter 1422.
    If you withdraw from this fee option and re-enroll at a future date, any Excelsior College courses that you completed will count toward your current Excelsior College course requirement. This also applies to graduates and non-matriculated students.
    A payment plan is offered for courses.
    Prices are in effect until June 30, 2010.

    2. Multi-Source Option for Military*
    If you need less than 6 Excelsior College course credits for an associate in applied science (AAS) degree or less than 12 Excelsior College course credits for an associate degree or bachelor’s degree to graduate, this may be the best choice for you. You can graduate sooner and retain greater flexibility as to how you earn your credits.
    A. This option has one enrollment fee ($740) regardless of degree program (applied science or bachelor\'s degree).
    B. The SSAF ($440) is charged for each year you are enrolled.
    C. The standard graduation fee ($495) is charged at graduation.
    D. You will receive a $15 per credit discount on the graduation fee for each Excelsior College undergraduate course taken during your current enrollment in this degree program.
