The mission of the Foundation is to support development of engineers and technical personnel through selective motivational awards, prizes and scholarships, grants for educational activities of unique and high value and professional educational programs. AFCEA Educational Foundation	AMVETS annually awards scholarships to veterans, their sons, daughters or grandchildren. A son, daughter or grandchild of a deceased veteran is also eligible. Awarded on the basis of academic excellence and financial need, the scholarships go to deserving high school seniors, high school JROTC students and veterans pursuing a higher education. The Army College Fund (ACF) is an enlistment incentive option designed to aid in the recruitment of highly qualified Soldiers for critical or shortage Military Occupational Specialties (MOS). The ACF supplements the basic Montgomery GI Bill (MGIB) entitlement. Army College Fund (ACF)	The LRP is a special enlistment incentive that the Army offers to highly qualified applicants at the time of enlistment. Undergraduate students: -Completed Application -Unofficial Final College transcripts (Official transcripts must be submitted before the end of first semester.) -If you have 0-11 hours of college experience, you must fax / scan unofficial High school transcripts or unofficial GED. -If you have Military only transfer credits (completed basic training and enlistment), you must request an official Military transcript.
