Why this school is the right choice for a military member and/or their family
At Kaplan University, we offer an interactive and dynamic learning experience that encourages and enhances the talents of our students. Our convenient Web-based academic programs allow you to tailor your curriculum to your goals, plan classes to fit your schedule, and take advantage of the flexibility to study anywhere, anytime you have an Internet connection.

Created around the principles of using advanced technology and enhanced delivery methods, we make the classroom accessible and easy to use. Combined with our strong focus on personal interaction, Kaplan University has created the right environment for learning. You can navigate lessons, explore Web field trips with the click of your mouse, and communicate with fellow students and faculty via email and message boards. Most importantly, our outcomes-based programs will provide you with real-world skills to pursue your chosen career path—whether military or civilian.

The education at Kaplan University is rigorous; however, because it is online you will be working more efficiently. The time you would typically spend commuting and waiting for classes to begin can actually be spent studying toward your degree. Online education also enables you to better adapt should unexpected changes arise, such as a change of station. Your focus can be on performance and results, not logistics and scheduling.

We proudly offer tuition rates reduced up to 58 percent for Servicembers and 38 percent for veterans. The University has military friendly deployment, leave, and transfer credit policies to support you along the way.
