“I really like Montpelier Woods. Everyone who moves in basically stays for life,” said resident Paula Oas, who serves on the board of the Montpelier Woods Homeowners Association.
Many of the community’s 348 homes were built three decades ago by Pulte Homes. A few were constructed in recent years. Most are colonials or ranchers in several design styles including split foyers. The majority boast three or four bedrooms, and have brick face or aluminum siding exteriors.
